1. Incoming resident must start a new tenancy for incentive to apply.
2. Incoming resident cannot be an existing Folio London resident.
3. The Incentive is for one individual only (The current tenant) One voucher per household.
4. £100 will be issued in vouchers and not in cash. Vouchers will be what is available at the time.
5. Only one voucher will be issued to any resident within a 6 month period (Current Tenant can only apply for this incentive a maximum of twice per annum)
6. This Incentive is one set of vouchers per deal only.
7. This Incentive cannot be used in conjunction with any other deal.
